Can you host a site you didn't build?
Usually, yes, if it's a normal HTML, WordPress or Node site. Send us the details through the contact form and we'll take a look.
Can I move my existing email over?
Yes. We set the mailboxes up, help you move old mail if you want it, and change the domain records so nothing is lost.
What if I stop paying?
Your site stays up for 14 days after a missed renewal while we chase you, then it's paused. We keep a backup for 90 days so nothing is lost if you come back.
How do I pay?
Invoices are emailed and paid online by PayPal or card in the customer portal. Monthly plans are billed a week before renewal.
