Being found on Google
A good website helps. It does not put you on page one by itself.
We build every site the way Google wants: fast, mobile first, properly titled, with structured data and a sitemap, and registered in Google Search Console so Google knows it exists. That is the groundwork, and it is included from Four Page up.
What it does not do is guarantee a ranking. Where you appear depends on how much competition there is for your search, how long the site has been around, reviews, links from other sites and whether the site keeps getting new content. That takes months, not days, and it takes work from you as well as us.
If anyone promises you page one on Google, they are not telling you the truth. We would rather tell you what actually moves the needle: a complete Google Business Profile, asking happy customers for reviews, a blog post now and again, and a site that says plainly what you do and where. We set you up for all of it and show you the numbers in Search Console as they come in.

The build plan
You get it in writing before we touch a keyboard.
After your form comes in we send you a build plan. One page, plain English. Every page we are making, every feature going in, what you are supplying, when it will be done and what it costs. You read it, you say yes, we start.
Then, about halfway through, you will have a good idea. Everyone does. Good ideas are welcome and here is exactly how we handle them, so nobody falls out.
On the plan
Included. Obviously. That is what you agreed to pay for and we are not going to argue about it.
Not on the plan
We price it, tell you the number, and you say yes or no. Nothing gets added to your bill without you agreeing to it first, in writing.
Little stuff
Different wording, a better photo, move that bit up the page. Not chargeable. Do not worry about it and do not count them.
The point is that nobody is surprised. A Standard site stays a £29 a month site unless you choose to add to it. Once the site is live, small changes are covered by your plan, or bigger ones are charged at £45 an hour with a one hour minimum, always quoted first.
