How it works

You answer some questions. We build the thing.

You will not be asked to write copy, choose a template, pick fonts or learn anything. That is the whole point of paying somebody.

  1. Tell us what the business does

Fill in the form. Ten questions, five minutes, no jargon. What you do, where you do it, who you want ringing you and what you want them to do when they land on the site.

  2. Send us your photos and logo

Whatever you have got. Phone photos are fine, we will sort them out. No logo? We will make you one.

  3. You get a build plan and a fixed price

One page, plain English, listing every page and every feature going in, what you are supplying and when it will be done. Nothing starts until you have said yes to it.

  4. We build it and send you a link

A real working site on a private address, not a picture of one. Click round it on your phone before anyone else can see it.

  5. You tell us what to change

As many rounds as it takes on anything that was on the plan. Say it in plain English, we do it, no charge.

  6. It goes live and we look after it

We point the domain, fit the certificate, set up your email and hand you your login. From then on it is ours to keep running.

Changes during the build

Good ideas are welcome. Here is how we handle them.

On the plan

Included, obviously. That is what you agreed to pay for and we are not going to argue about it.

Not on the plan

We price it and tell you the number. You say yes or no. Nothing lands on your bill without you agreeing to it first, in writing.

Little stuff

Different wording, a better photo, move that bit up the page. Not chargeable, do not count them and do not worry about it.

This is not us squeezing you. It is us avoiding the thing where a £595 site quietly turns into three months of work and somebody ends up annoyed. Once you are live, changes come out of your care plan, or they are £45 an hour, always quoted first.
